He was an active member of the club for over 50 yeras..
A committed friendly member of the club , positive , enthusiastic and passionate about the game.
He had long associations with long term members of the club. In particular Michael Gyure often speaks of the gratitude he feel towards Peter for encouraging him and developing his own passion for the game.
Peter was a sound club player and often represented the county in their chess meatches.
Members are invited to the funeral tomorrow at Woodvale South Chapel Crematorium for 12.30 pm and afterwards the Neptune . Hove.
